Equipment selection guide

Industrial equipment and parts selection guide.

A practical workflow for identifying the product type, collecting technical evidence, confirming compatibility, and defining a complete written quotation.

Start with the requirement type

01

New equipment

A complete machine or system selected around the application, utilities, site, duty, accessories, and delivery conditions.

02

Replacement part

A component matched to installed equipment by model, current reference, interface, dimensions, rating, and material.

03

Consumable or wear item

A routinely replaced item selected by machine fit and duty; normal consumption and wear are not warranty defects.

04

Project-configured product

Power and electrical products defined by system data, standards, environment, interfaces, documents, and approval requirements.

05

Safety or maintenance supply

PPE, handling, grounding, and workshop products selected from the documented task risk and local requirements.

By category

Confirm the data that changes selection.

Commercial Cleaning Equipment

Cleaning task, floor or space, working width, power or battery, access, storage, and operating schedule.

Dry Ice Equipment

Contaminant, substrate, available CFM and pressure, pellet supply, ventilation, noise, and CO₂ controls.

View category →

Dry Ice Parts

Machine model, gun or hose interface, length, nozzle geometry, pressure range, and current part reference.

View category →

Pressure Washer Parts

Pump or machine model, thread or coupler, hose size, pressure, temperature, nozzle orifice, and chemistry.

View category →

Floor Scrubber Parts

Machine model, mounting pattern, brush or pad size, squeegee dimensions, motor voltage, battery, and charger profile.

Technical information checklist

Technical information checklist

Provide the evidence that controls fit, rating, compliance, and scope. A product name or photograph alone is rarely enough.

Installed equipment

Manufacturer, model, serial or revision, current part number, nameplate, and clear photographs.

Physical interface

Dimensions, mounting, threads, couplers, terminals, cable construction, hose size, and available space.

Operating point

Voltage, frequency, phase, pressure, flow, capacity, temperature, material, environment, and duty cycle.

Project requirements

Quantity, destination, standards, drawings, reports, labels, manual language, packing, and approval process.

Compatibility verification

Compatibility verification

Compatibility should progress from equipment identity to physical interface, technical rating, and written confirmation. Similar appearance does not establish a match. Batteries cannot be substituted by size alone, electrical accessories cannot be selected by voltage alone, and pressure components must be checked against the complete operating case.

Build the complete scope

  • Core equipment or primary part
  • Compatible connections, hoses, cables, fittings, and mounting hardware
  • Power supply, battery, charger, compressor, or other required utility interface
  • Consumables, normal wear items, filters, seals, and recommended service parts
  • Task-specific PPE and handling products
  • Required drawings, manuals, test documents, labels, and language
  • Packing, freight, unloading, customs responsibility, and destination access

Commercial and delivery review

  • Final model, quantity, configuration, included accessories, and exclusions
  • Production or dispatch estimate and order dependencies
  • Freight basis, destination, unloading, customs, duties, and importer responsibility
  • Applicable machine warranty and explicit wear-item exclusions
  • The accepted quotation and sales documents as the controlling order record

How Geararo reviews an inquiry

How Geararo reviews an inquiry

  1. 01

    Requirement received

Products, installed equipment, application, quantity, destination, and target schedule are recorded.

  2. 02

    Technical information checked

Missing identity, interface, rating, standard, or documentation data is identified.

  3. 03

    Configuration prepared

Products, compatible parts, accessories, consumables, documents, packing, and freight scope are assembled.

  4. 04

    Written quotation issued

The proposed model, scope, exclusions, commercial conditions, and required confirmations are stated.

  5. 05

    Order requirements confirmed

Approval, payment, production or preparation, shipping documents, and delivery coordination are completed.

FAQ

Answers for preparing the order.

Can a photograph confirm compatibility?+

A photograph helps identify the product and interface, but model, dimensions, ratings, material, and connection data are normally also required.

Can several categories be quoted together?+

Yes. Equipment, parts, electrical accessories, consumables, and safety supplies can be combined in one multi-product inquiry.

Are website specifications the final order specification?+

No. The accepted quotation and sales documents define the final configuration and scope.

Are batteries and chargers interchangeable?+

Not by size alone. Chemistry, voltage, capacity, terminals, charger profile, enclosure, and equipment requirements must be reviewed.

Are wear items covered by warranty?+

Consumables and normal wear items are excluded. Eligible new machines have a one-year limited warranty unless the accepted documents state otherwise.

Can international freight be included?+

Freight can be reviewed from the product configuration, destination, packing, access, and requested delivery service.
